The presence of third-party content on this Platform does not constitute a waiver of any intellectual property rights held by those parties.

Certain content on this Platform — including recipe text extracted via our AI Vision scanner and any AI-generated suggestions — is produced by or with the assistance of artificial intelligence systems, including third-party models operated by Anthropic, PBC. Such content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated or AI-extracted content. You are solely responsible for verifying such content before relying on it for any purpose.

4.4 No Professional Advice

Nothing on this Platform constitutes legal, financial, medical, nutritional, or other professional advice. Calimento is a recipe management and meal planning tool. 5.2 Relationship Between the App and the Storefront

The Calimento iOS mobile application and this Shopify e-commerce storefront are both owned and operated by Lively Graphics, LLC. They constitute a single integrated platform and are governed by the same Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The iOS application is distributed through Apple's App Store and is additionally subject to Apple's own terms and conditions. This Legal Notice applies to both the storefront and the iOS application.

5.3 E-Commerce Platform

The e-commerce functionality of this Platform is powered by Shopify, Inc. ("Shopify"). Shopify processes certain data in connection with transactions and platform operation as described in the Calimento Privacy Policy, Section 9. Shopify's role as our platform provider does not make Shopify a co-owner or co-operator of the Calimento brand or business. Shopify is an independent company whose terms of service and privacy policy govern your relationship with Shopify directly.
